1. Warranty

Limited Warranty

Velds warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty period starts from the date on the receipt. This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Velds will, at its sole discretion, either:​

• Replace the defective product with a new product; or​

• Refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective product.​

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration;​

• Normal wear and tear;​

• Products not purchased from Velds or an authorized reseller;​

• Incidental or consequential damages.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact Velds' customer support at support@velds.us. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

Limitations

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is hereby expressly excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.​

2. Exchange and Return Policy

For Purchases Made on Amazon

If you purchased your Velds product on Amazon.com, your order is subject to Amazon’s return and refund policy. Amazon provides a 30-day return window for most products. To request a return, please follow the steps outlined in your Amazon account under “Your Orders”.

If you encounter any issues with the return process on Amazon or if your product is outside of Amazon’s return window but still under warranty, you can contact Velds customer support at support@velds.us for further assistance.

For Purchases Made Outside of Amazon (Direct or Authorized Retailers)

If you purchased your product directly from Velds or an authorized retailer, the following return policy applies:

1. Return Eligibility:

   1. Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

   2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories to qualify for a return.

2. Return Process:

   1. Initiate Return: Contact support@velds.us to request return authorization.

   2. Prepare Package: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

   3. Shipping: Use the provided return shipping label to send the package back to us.

3. Refunds:

   1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

   2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notice

• Amazon purchases must be handled through Amazon’s return system to ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund.

• If you purchased from a third-party seller or marketplace (outside of Amazon or Velds’ official channels), please contact the original seller for return inquiries.

• Velds’ warranty may still apply beyond Amazon’s return window. If your product is defective within the one-year warranty period, contact support@velds.us for assistance.

3. Privacy Policy

Velds does not collect, store, process, or share any personal data through this device. Any processing of personal data intended to enhance the user experience will only be conducted with the consumer’s prior authorization.

If you wish to make a related request, you can do so through the following channels:

• Velds APP: Navigate to Me > FAQ and Feedback to submit your request.

• Customer Support Email: Contact support@velds.us, where our customer service team will review and process your request accordingly.

• Google Play Users: If you downloaded the Velds APP from Google Play, you may exercise your right to data deletion through the online link provided on Google Play.
